Edgecore will like to notify that ecCLOUD is currently experiencing web service slowness and sometimes seeing “Maintenance in progress” page.

Please be ware that this an issue in the cloud web service page and does not have any impact on the cloud services.

We are currently investigating this situation as high priority to resolve it as soon as possible.

Edgecore will like to announce that in order to improve our customer service experience, cloud update will be conducted on Friday in the fourth week of each month at 6am (UTC+8) starting from November.  Note that during the upgrade period, all services will still be operational and won’t affect the Wi-Fi services.

For the position of ecCLOUD, it is the cloud-based management to offer devices management
such as Edgecore SD-WAN, switch, Access Point and 60GHz PtP & PtMP products.

For the working flow between ecCLOUD and AP, ecCLOUD can config AP and monitoring the
status only. Besides, ecCLOUD does not capture any data traffic from clients. For the data plane,
the clients go to Internet directly with L2/L3 software stack protocol.

Besides, for client’s related information, ecCLOUD only keeps very limited information such as
Client name, MAC address and so on.
