   • Fixed an incorrect error message displayed under device-level settings.
10. Firmware Upgrade Version Mismatch
    • Resolved an issue where the cloud prompted users to upgrade firmware but displayed an older version on the upgrade page.

   • Users can now apply an extended warranty voucher to extend the warranty period of a device.

2. Multi-Site Report Generation

   • Fixed an issue where ecCLOUD was unable to generate reports when multiple sites were selected.

3. HaLow Connection Utilization Display

   • Updated the HaLow connection utilization display from “0%” to “–” in the ecCLOUD dashboard when data is unavailable.

4. US Region TX Power Limitation

   • Adjusted the maximum selectable TX power to 22 dBm for devices operating in the US region, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. OAP101 – DFS Channel Under Mesh

• Fixed an issue where DFS channels could not be set when operating under mesh mode.

6. EAP112 – HaLow AP Connection Error

• Fixed an error that occurred when EAP112 clients attempted to connect to a HaLow AP from the site survey list.

7. Force DHCP & ARP Inspection

• Corrected an issue where Force DHCP was not properly attached to ARP Inspection as intended.

   • Added support for running ping tests on switches directly from ecCLOUD.

4. WireGuard VPN Enhancements

   • Starting with firmware v12.6.8, WireGuard supports configuring specific allowed IPs.

5. HaLow Wi-Fi Scan

   • ecCLOUD now supports HaLow Wi-Fi scanning in both AP mode and Client Bridge mode.

6. BLE Data Push & MQTT Publishing (EAP111e)

   • EAP111e now supports BLE scan data push and MQTT publish integration.

7. SmartNVR Stream Switching

   • SmartNVR now supports changing video streaming from Stream 1 to Stream 2 when re-applying advance feature.

8. IP Cams Unreachable Notification Delay

   • The configurable processing delay for “IP Cams Unreachable” notifications cannot be set to less than 10 minutes to prevent false alerts.

9. EAP112/EAP112-L – Internet Source Change

   • Fixed an issue where a save error occurred when changing the Internet Source to 3G/LTE in device-level configuration
10. SD-WAN-WAN1 VPN Service IP
    • Fixed an issue where the WAN1 VPN Service IP function was missing on ecCLOUD.

   • NVR scan now provides a dialog for users to input the updated username and password for cameras before performing a scan, ensuring accurate detection and connectivity.

2. Warranty Tracking System

   • Device warranty information is now visible at both the Cloud-level Device List and Device-level Dashboard.

3. Metrolinq Series – Link Distance Removal

   • Link distance information for Metrolinq series devices has been removed from the cloud interface for accuracy and simplification.

4. Device Reboot via API

   • Devices can now be rebooted remotely through the API for improved automation and integration.

5. AP Web UI Access Issue

   • Fixed an issue where the AP’s web interface could not be accessed if the management VLAN was enabled and then disabled.

6. Radio Client Mode Configuration – EAP112/EAP111

   • Resolved a problem where settings could not be applied when radios were configured in Client Mode.

7. WDS Traffic Flow Issue

   • Fixed an issue where WDS links successfully established a connection but failed to pass traffic.

10. Port VLAN Access Mode – Untagged Selection

    • Fixed an issue where Access Mode VLAN ports were not automatically set as untagged, causing configuration errors.

11. SP W2 AC1200 – Band Steering Error

    • Resolved an issue where changing operating mode to Client WDS triggered a band steering error.

12. VPC Cloud – Streaming Issue

    • Fixed an issue where streaming did not work on VPC cloud instances.

13. Japanese Translation Adjustments

    • Updated Japanese translations for Cloud, Site, Device, and Group menus for improved accuracy.

14. HALow Interface – Channel & Bandwidth Display

    • Corrected an issue where the HALow interface displayed incorrect channel and bandwidth information when operating in Japan.

🔧 Issue Description:

Due to a corruption in the cloud-based firmware database, firmware upgrades cannot be performed via ecCLOUD at this time.

The issue is under urgent investigation by our engineering team. We are working diligently to restore full functionality as soon as possible.

📌 Temporary Workaround:

If immediate firmware upgrades are required, we recommend performing them manually via local device access until the ecCLOUD service is restored.

   • Fixed an issue where the minimum allowed signal configuration was not functioning as expected.

9. ECS2100 Synchronization Issue

   • Addressed a syncing problem affecting ECS2100 series switches
10. Port Forwarding Deletion Issue – WiFi6
    • Fixed an issue where users were unable to delete Port Forwarding rules on WiFi 6 devices at device level.
